Aslander Real Estate is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Todd and Michelle Aslander.
We oversee a diverse portfolio of rental properties throughout the metropolitan area, encompassing various suburbs both North and South of the river.
Todd and Michelle are familiar with all properties and owners of the existing rental portfolio, with Michelle having managed for several years prior to starting their own real estate agency. Michelle and her husband Todd purchased a successful rent roll from one of Perth’s well known and long established agents.
Michelle has been in the real estate industry since 1997, specialising in property management. Michelle is also a past co-chair and committee member of REIWA’s Property Management Network Committee and past deputy chair of REIWA’s Women in Property Network.
In October 2012 Michelle was awarded the prestigious REIWA Property Management Achievement Award and in 2013 inducted into a major franchise’s Chairman’s Club for Property Management.
Michelle and Todd undertake constant professional development to ensure that they remain abreast of current trends and regulations within the industry, ensuring that their clients receive up to date information to assist them with their property options.
Michelle and Todd also retain a special link with Mr Peter Munday who isa specialist consultant and trainer in the area of strata titles so if you have any inquiry that relates to ownership, management or the development of a strata titled property they will be pleased to refer you to Mr Munday to discuss the availability of his consultative services.
