We provide information brochures regarding landlord protection insurance, public liability, building, and/or contents for your investment property. These insurances are essential covers for all owners.

We monitor repairs very closely and we act on repairs according to our management instructions, including clearance with you as may be instructed. Should a repair of a more urgent nature be reported, such as no hot water, we are required to attend to this as soon as possible as it is deemed an essential service. We maintain complete records of maintenance carried out on your property for future reference. Repairs carried out on your behalf are paid for from your rental monies held in trust. Full details on your repairs are outlined on your monthly rent statement.

It is our duty to ensure that all of the requirements of the various pieces of legislation relevant to your investment property are complied with.
